Simply dial 1300 137 735 to access your Auswide Bank account.
You can apply for Phone Banking by either visiting one of our branches or phoning our Contact Centre on 1300 138 831.
When your request is processed an initial telephone access code will be allocated and provided to you. When you use Phone Banking for the first time you must use this initial telephone access code. NB: You can change your access code by phoning 1300 137 735, then enter your Client Number, then Access Code and press '7'.
To use Phone Banking you must follow the prompts.
Calls to can be made from an ordinary touch-telephone - all for the cost of a local call (mobile phones/public phones excluded).
When you connect, you will be asked for your Client Number and Personal Access Code, after which a recorded voice message will lead you, step by step through the Phone Banking menu.
