  • Transfer funds between pre-nominated Auswide Bank accounts*
  • Make free BPAY payments*
  • Order account statements
  • See if your personal cheques have been presented
  • Check interest for the last financial year

Apply for or manage Phone Banking on my account

Complete and sign a Online Banking Application & Maintenance form.

This form can be used to activate your Phone Banking access. You must include all accounts that you wish to have attached to this service under your individual client number.

When your request is processed an initial telephone access code will be allocated and sent to you. When you use phone banking for the first time you must use this initial telephone access code. NB: You can change your access code by phoning 1300 137 735 then enter your Client Number then Access Code and press '7'

To use phone banking you must follow the prompts on the card provided.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.

Please allow 3 working days from receipt by Auswide Bank for processing.

How to Use Phone Banking

Calls to can be made from an ordinary touch-telephone - all for the cost of a local call (mobile phones/public phones excluded).

When you connect, you will be asked for your Client Number and Personal Access Code, after which a recorded voice message will lead you, step by step through the Phone Banking menu.

^Phone Banking transfers are limited to accounts under the nominated client number – transfers to other Auswide Bank accounts are not possible.
