You may also choose to change your access code from time to time. Changing your access code regularly is a good practice.

You may choose a new access code whenever you wish. To change your access code navigate via the Other Services tab to the Change Access Code menu item. (As you have done here)

When choosing your access code you will be required to submit an access code that contains at least 1 alphabetic character, and 1 numeric character, and may have spaces, and must be 8-20 characters long.

You can manage your Auswide cards online. Click on the three dots to the right of the displayed card to view the options available.

    • View Details - Displays card type, daily limit, available funds, and linked account
    • Activate New Card - When you receive your new card in the mail you can now activate it online
    • Stop Card - You can choose to change the status to Locked or Cancelled

    • Cancelled - Cancelling a card immediately cancels the card and it CANNOT be re-activated. You would only select this option if the card was stolen or you had no chance of finding it., or if you thought the card had been compromised. You can elect to order a replacement card at the same tiime
