If you’ve forgotten your Access Code or locked yourself out of Internet Banking:

  1. Navigate to our Internet Banking Login Page
  2. Click ‘Forgot your Client Number or Access Code?’
  3. Enter your Client Number in the field provided and click ‘Next’

If you know your existing Access Code:

  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Click the ‘Settings’ icon on the right-hand side of Internet Banking
  3. Click ‘Change Access Code’ under ‘Settings’
  4. Enter your existing and new Access Codes in the fields provided
  5. Click ‘Change Access Code’ button

If you call our Customer Hub on 1300 138 831 they will authenticate your identity over the phone and quote your Client Number.

You will have a Daily Transaction Limit on the amount of money you can transfer out of your accounts to third party payees and billers. You can check your Daily Transaction limit in Internet Banking under the ‘Settings’. If you need to, you can increase your Daily Transaction Limit in Internet Banking up to a maximum threshold of $25,000.

To change your Daily Transaction Limit:

  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Click the ‘Settings’ tab from the top navigation bar
  3. Click ‘Daily Transaction Limits’ from the drop-down set of menu options

To login to Internet Banking, a complex series of coded keys are exchanged, which are validated by an external database to ensure your information is as safe as possible. Your login is encrypted to make it even harder to access. While Auswide Bank cannot guarantee total security, we are using the latest security options to ensure no one but you can access your financial details.

You might have more than one client number or you may not have arranged Internet Banking access on a particular account. To view the relevant account, ensure you’re logged in to the correct Client Number and the account has Internet Banking access.

Your available balance is the funds you have not committed elsewhere and are cleared for withdrawal. It is the amount of money available to spend without overdrawing the account.
