For Auswide Bank customers who have been impacted by recent weather events, we have taken the following measures to support you during this time:
- If you need to make a claim on your Auswide Bank Home, Landlord or Car Insurance policy provided by Allianz, visit allianz.com.au/claims
- Affected loan customers may be eligible to defer repayments on their Auswide Bank home loan, business loan, personal loan or credit card.
- Affected term deposit customers needing access to their funds may be eligible to do so without incurring any early withdrawal rate or providing the normal 30 days notice of withdrawal.
- Customers wishing to purchase household items and white goods may be eligible for a discounted interest rate and waiver of the establishment fee on an Auswide Bank personal loan.
