We are aware of a scam where criminals are calling customers and pretending to be from the Auswide Bank Fraud team. These callers may claim there is suspicious activity on your account, ask for one-time passcodes (OTPs), passwords, or card details and pressure you to act urgently or move money. If you ever have any concerns about an incoming call or message you have received from someone claiming to be from Auswide Bank, hang up and contact us directly.
- Arrange a 'same day' RTGS transfer of funds from another Australian bank to your Auswide Bank account
- Arrange this at the other bank. They will need:
- Auswide Bank's Domestic SWIFT (BIC) Code: WPACAUSR
- Auswide Bank's International SWIFT (BIC) Code: WPACAU2S or WPACAU2SXXX (if sending bank requires 11 characters)
- Auswide Bank's Address: 16-20 Barolin Street Bundaberg Q 4670
- Auswide Bank's BSB and XREF: 645646123456789 (BSB followed by XREF, always include the BSB with the XREF)
To transfer funds to an overseas bank account or to transfer funds from an overseas bank account to your Auswide Bank account, you should arrange a Telegraphic Transfer.
