*Important* The old version of the Auswide Bank mobile app will be switched off from Tuesday September 23. If you haven’t done so already, you can download the new app from the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, simply log in using your usual method PIN, Pattern or biometrics. Make the switch today to avoid any disruption to your mobile banking experience.
PayTo Agreements are located in your Internet Banking (not available in the Mobile App) under the ‘Payments’ tab.
When a PayTo agreement has been arranged, you will receive an SMS message stating a PayTo agreement needs to be actioned in your Internet Banking. To accept or decline the agreement:
Internet Banking:
- Login to Internet Banking
- Select 'Payments' from the top menu of options, then select ‘PayTo Agreements’
- Click the 'Current PayTo Agreements' tab to view and action any with the wording ‘Action Required’
- Select 'Authorise PayTo Agreement'
- Click the 'Get SMS' button to be sent a Secure SMS One Time Password to your registered mobile number
- Enter the One Time Password received in the field provided and click the 'OK' button at the bottom of the screen
- The PayTo Agreement will now show as Active under Current PayTo Agreements
