Face-to-Face Banking

Even though the world is changing, it’s nice to know that some things stay the same. We have over 57 years of serving customers in person, and while you can take advantage of the convenience of our online and card banking services, we think dealing with real people is still really important.

If you feel more comfortable talking to a real person our professional and friendly branch customer service consultants can help answer your questions, provide quotations and assist you with our wide range of other finance, investment, insurance and banking services.

If you prefer to bank face-to-face but don’t have access to a local branch, Bank@Post provides Auswide Bank customers with access to withdrawals, deposits and balance enquiries at more than 3,500 Post Offices, including more than 1,800 in rural and remote locations across Australia.~
Simply present your Visa Debit Card at a participating Post Office.+
