For your Auswide Bank transaction, savings, overdraft or line of credit access accounts use Mobile Banking to:

  • View recent account transactions
  • Make free BPAY payments
  • View your last 6 months eStatements (to view longer than 6 months, you will need to view via Internet Banking)
  • Pay bills electronically from participating billers via BPAY View
  • Transfer funds between Auswide Bank accounts
  • Make payments to other Auswide Bank accounts~
  • Make payments to accounts at other banks~
  • View pending payments
  • Manage your cards - stop & cancel
  • Change your log in PIN

For your Auswide Bank loan account use Mobile Banking to:

  • Check your loan balance
  • View your last 6 months eStatements (to view longer than 6 months, you will need to view via Internet Banking)
  • View recent loan account transactions (including, if applicable, any monthly benefit from a Mortgage Offset Account)
  • Make payments to your loan from your other Auswide Bank accounts*~
  • Change your log in PIN

Apply for or manage Mobile Banking on my account

To access Mobile Banking, you will need to apply for Internet Banking. You will need to access Internet Banking to activate or deactivate Mobile Banking in the future.

Applying for Internet Banking

Complete and sign a Online Banking Application & Maintenance form to activate your Internet Banking access.# You must include all accounts that you wish to have attached to this service.

When your application is processed an initial personal access code will be allocated and sent to you. You will need to log onto Internet Banking at using a compatible device and enter this initial personal access code. NB: You can change your access code at any time by relogging onto Internet Banking.

As a Internet Banking customer, and after you have verified online that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of use, you can use any of the on-line services available on Internet Banking at any time in the future - including activating Mobile Banking.

Activating Mobile Banking

Once you have registered with Internet Banking, logon and follow the 'Other Services' links to activate mobile banking access. You can revisit Internet Banking at any time to deactivate mobile banking access.

#The Online Banking Application & Maintenance form form can be also used if you are applying for normal Phone Banking and it can also be used to cancel/de-activate Internet/Phone Banking access, modify the accounts that are to be accessed, modify your Third Party Credit Limit (Internet Banking only) or apply for Internet Banking SMS Secure.

Once complete please return forms to your nearest Auswide Bank branch; or post to: Reply Paid 1063, Bundaberg QLD 4670; or alternatively, fax through to (07) 4152 3499.

*Subject to restrictions on individual account type and cleared funds being available.
